Ordering, Payment and Delivery

1. Pl send your order details to vers_blue@yahoo.com.sg

2. If you are a new customer,
Indicate your order details in the email as follows,
*Full Name
*Date of Birth
*Email Address (Verseaublue.蓝to send any order-related details to you)
*Mailing Address (Verseaublue.蓝 to mail your purchased items)
*Item name, Item code & Quantity
*Payment Mode (POSB Internet Banking or ATM Funds Transfer)
*Postage Preference (Normal or Registered)

3. If you are a repeated customers,
Indicate your order details in the email as follows,
*Member’s Code
*Item name, Item code & Quantity
*Payment Mode (POSB Internet Banking or ATM Funds Transfer)
*Postage Preference (Normal or Registered)

4. Verseaublue.蓝 will send you an acknowledgement email to confirm the orders. If the orders are ok, we will advice you on the total costs of items (including postage) and details of payment to us.

5. Customers can make any changes before payment is made.

6. Full payment has to be made within 3 days from the date of acknowledgement email received.

7. Orders will be sent within 1-2 days from the date of payment received. Verseaublue.蓝 will advised you on the date the orders were sent.

Postage

Singpost is our local mail provider:
Normal Postage: From S$0.50 onwards
Registered Postage(A safer mode of delivery):From S$2.74 onwards

All orders are sent through Singpost. It takes about 1-3 working days for Singpost to deliver the items to you.

All items are packed with protective wraps to prevent damage of items.

Verseaublue.蓝 will not be responsible for any lost items or late delivery caused by the mail provider.

Verseaublue.蓝will arrange meet-ups only when items are extremely bulky or fragile.
